JLT and Tamweel Tower is an upcoming residential area that has all the essential requirements for families. Its is strategically located on Shk Zayed Road to with quick access to Dubai Marina and the Beach, while also close proximity to Schools ,Offices in Media City , Tecom and JLT itself. It is served by a good transport links and has two metro stations. Retails outlets around the lake and commerical centres offers residents opportunity to relax for light meal or a sumptuous meal from the various outlets.

Jumeirah lake towers went from a large construction site to an upcoming residential and commercial hub. Once the retail is more operational, i can see this area becoming alot more expensive than it is now. Being close to the marina, you can cross along the metro stations and walk to the marina walk
Green Lakes is the best buildings in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The apartments are very large and have some of the best finishing not only in JLT but in Dubai. Definitely a building to consider if you are looking to move to JLT
