Oceana is possibly the best development on a private beach in Dubai. The apartments are fantastic, the spacious layout, the finishing, the facilities are like that of a hotel. If you live here, you will have the time of your life. The price is expensive but this is a property that will only continue to go up and up in price
Tiara is the best building in the palm, best finishing and layouts. Pricy but never a problem to lease them and a great private beach, that you can use, not like the Shoreline beach which tenants always have different issues with Nakheel over. Palm in general is the most popular development and i think it will remain to be the best and most expensive area in Dubai
