Job Summary
Assisting clients in all their real estate requirements and successfully sourcing and promoting the best deals in the market.
Main responsibilities

Accommodating all clients real estate requirements

Assisting property Owners in valuing an accurate price for their property.

Guiding clients to ensure a smooth transition of sale

Providing client with updated information on the market to allow them to make the best decision on their investment.

Liaising with your agent team mates and Managers to achieve the best possible results and service.

Taking photos of the property and work on marketing materials.
-
Assisting clients on viewings.
-
Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available.

Assisting clients in obtaining finance when required
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
-
A minimum of two years of strong sales experience in real-estate sales in UAE.
-
Proven sale track records
-
Strong understanding of Freehold areas of Dubai
-
RERA certified broker
-
Must have excellent communications skills in English verbal and written.
-
Computer Proficient: MS Office especially Word and Outlook and Internet.
-
Must have a UAE Driving License and a car with a clear visa status.
