Job Summary

Assisting clients in all their real estate requirements and successfully sourcing and promoting the best deals in the market.

 

Main responsibilities
  • Accommodating all clients real estate requirements
  • Assisting property Owners in valuing an accurate price for their property.
  • Guiding clients to ensure a smooth transition of sale
  • Providing client with updated information on the market to allow them to make the best decision on their investment.
  • Liaising with your agent team mates and Managers to achieve the best possible results and service.
  • Taking photos of the property and work on marketing materials.
  • Assisting clients on viewings.
  • Follow up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available.
  • Assisting clients in obtaining finance when required


 

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
  • A minimum of two years of strong sales experience in real-estate sales in UAE.
  • Proven sale track records
  • Strong understanding of Freehold areas of Dubai
  • RERA certified broker
  • Must have excellent communications skills in English verbal and written.
  • Computer Proficient: MS Office especially Word and Outlook and Internet.
  • Must have a UAE Driving License and a car with a clear visa status.
