Masterminded by Nakheel, comprised of High rise tower scattered around manmade lakes, Jumierah Lake Tower is to be the hub for Dubai Metals and Commodities Centre (DMCC). With a total of 87 high rise towers comprising of residential and commercial, and crowned with Almas Tower to act as the center point of the project. Retail shops surround the three lakes, which soon will be filled with shops, restaurants and cafes. Jumierah Lake Towers is situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road between interchange 5 and 6, and across from Dubai Marina. There are two operating metro stations, which can also be used to walk across to Dubai Marina.
