Discovery Gardens is a reasonably priced residential development with over 26,000 apartments in six themed garden communities, including Mediterranean, Mesoamerican and Zen. This development includes swimming pools, gardens, tennis courts and winding paths as well as a small shopping mall to add to the convenience. The development is located near Ibn Battuta mall, and is located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road, making it a short drive away from the city’s main locations and landmarks. However, these roads can be congested and difficult to use, especially during rush hour, and it is advisable to set out on the roads well in advance of any appointments.
